1 Cup whole Cranberries, Fresh or Frozen
1 Cup Fresh Grapes
2 slices of Fresh Pineapples
I juiced the cranberries first, then grapes and pineapple last.
Note to self…Put cranberries in first, then turn on juicer…Some came flying out in pieces.
It made about 8 oz of fresh juice. It was a bit sour, so next time I will add an apple and see if that makes a difference. I had 4 oz and have the rest in a mason jar with a lid in the fridge for tomorrow morning. I try to drink them within 48 hours.
Try to add a veggie or fruit a day and see if you feel better.
